Tindakan perbaikan dilakukan secara teknis \u2014 seperti pembersihan, kalibrasi, konfigurasi ulang, atau instalasi software \u2014 tanpa penggantian komponen fisik, dan dikenakan <strong>biaya jasa (service fee)<\/strong> sesuai ketentuan perusahaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Latar Belakang<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Layanan ini disediakan untuk tetap memberikan dukungan teknis bagi pelanggan meskipun masa garansi telah berakhir. Banyak kasus kerusakan ringan disebabkan oleh faktor penggunaan atau software, bukan kerusakan hardware, sehingga tidak memerlukan penggantian part.
